Anneliese Louise van der Pol, an American actor and singer with Dutch descent is an Dutch native. Her fame is based on her theatrical work in addition to her character Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its spinoff Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol (American Female) is a Dutch-based actor and performer best known for her recurring characters in the TV series That's So Raven. Van der Pol is a past member of The Disney Channel Circle of Stars, a supergroup made up of Disney Channel stars. She recorded R&B/pop versions of The Lion King's Circle of Life as well as Cinderella's Dream Is a Wish your Heart makes. She recorded a version of the Disney classic Candle on the Water, from Pete's Dragon in 2006, for the issue Disneymania. She has recorded a variety of tracks from the show, including A Change in Me.
